Over 30 years ago I experienced significate health challenges. that inspired me to take ownership of my well-being and became proactive with my lifestyle choices. In 2001, I was introduced to a Japanese Wellness Company, and their philosophy of Humans Being More which is built on the 5 Pillars of Wellness: Mind, Body, Family, Society, and Finances. This holistic approach was new to me, but it opened the door to living a more balanced lifestyle. I made then decision to invest in wellness products designed to replicates nature and soon developed a Certified Wellness Home. With guidance and coaching, I also began sharing this approach with others through the Nikken business. Today, as I go into my senior years, I continue to embrace and promote a lifestyle supported by Nature’s 5 elements products– Water, Air, Sleep, Nutrition and Energy. This has allowed me to enjoy a better quality of life, greater productivity, and a sense of balance that I am passionate about sharing with others.

Self Care Challenge

Day 1 I started my Self Care Challenge focusing daily Affirmations from Abraham “I see myself in perfect health. I see myself invigorated with life, appreciating, again, this physical life experience which I wanted so very much as I decided to be a Physical Being. It is glorious to be here, in a Physical Being, making decisions with my Physical Brain accessing the Power of the Universe through the Power of the Law of Attraction.” and from “365 Days of Positive Self-Talk” by Shad Helmstetter Ph.D.

Day 2 Self Care Challenge. Focusing on Sleep –– After a rejuvenating sleep on the Kenko Sleep System I feel energized and refreshed, ready to start the day

Day 3 Selfcare Challenge. Focusing on Nutrition Over the years I have met mentors who guided my nutritional journey. Paulette Millis and I did a workshop on healthy breakfast and Randy Rolfe recommending ways to counteract “Aging Myths”

Day 4 Selfcare Nikken Challenge. Focusing on Fresh Air
